How do I get started?

If you signed in for the first time simply click the 'Refresh Products' button to gather all of the available items in your Shopify store. From there, it will automatically generate an XML url to be used in an advertising channel.

Do my products refresh?

Yes! Your products are automatically refreshed daily, but you can manually refresh them at any time by clicking the 'Refresh Products' button.

Where do I put the feed url?

You can add these to any channel that supports an XML based catalog feed.

What is a 'product' vs. 'variant'?

A product is a group of variants. For example, say you have t-shirts. A t-shirt might come in size small, medium, and large. The color option might have two values: blue and green. One specific variant from these options is a small, blue T-shirt. Each product can have up to 3 options. The options can be different from product to product. For example, one product can use size, color, and style, and another product can use weight, finish, and material.

Can I edit products and variants?

Yes! Most attributes need to be managed inside of your Shopify store. These include options like color, sizes, images. But inside of Feedlogic you can edit availability, gender, age and others.

What are Custom Labels?

Custom_label_0 through custom_label_4, allow you to create specific filters to use in your Shopping campaigns. Use these filters for reporting and bidding on groups of products. The information you include in this attribute won’t be shown to users.
